A little about our firm…

At Feifer & Greenberg, our goal is always to provide simple, stress-free and successful solutions. A typical case with our firm has 5 simple components:

• The Consultation. A chance to learn more about your situation and discuss all your options.
• Introduction Package. All the information you need to proceed with our firm in one single email.
• Case Preparation. Our experienced support staff confirms your case and attorney is prepared.
• Court Appearance(s). Prepared for your case, your attorney appears in court on your behalf.
• Results. You’ll be notified of the outcome and we’ll let you know what, if anything, comes next.

Feifer & Greenberg offers traffic ticket services in any court in New York State. This includes the Traffic Violations Bureau for New York City tickets (the TVB) as well as all the local town, village and county courts throughout the state.

• In the local courts, plea bargaining (reduction of a serious violation to a less serious violation) is an available option. We will discuss the merits of this relative to your case.
• In the Traffic Violations Bureau, there is no plea bargaining option. We will proceed to a hearing, submit arguments on your behalf and cross examine the issuing officer with an excellent understanding of what arguments the Judges at the TVB typically accept.

Let us help! Failure to properly handle New York traffic tickets may result in:

• Points. Point accumulation can have a number of negative results.
• Suspension/Revocation. From single serious charges or multiple smaller charges.
• Driver Surcharges. In most cases these are higher than the actual court fines.
• Higher Insurance. A tremendous financial concern for all motorists.
