I don&#039;t believe there are any points, but it is still considered a moving violation in NJ.  In certain situations, even no point moving violations can do some damage so be careful...</description>

		<description>The more I see on the road and the more I read, I can&#039;t help but come to the conclusion it&#039;s about money.  The one thing I could never figure out is why officers hide.  If they wanted you to slow down, they&#039;d make themselves as obvious as possible.  If they wanted to give you a ticket, they&#039;d hide.  It&#039;s pretty clear it&#039;s about issuing the tickets moreso than getting people to slow down.</description>
