To enter for a chance to win, post your story in this forum by Wednesday, March 31, 2010 11:59pm. We want to hear a story about a time you were pulled over by a police officer and how it all played out. Did you get a ticket? Talk your way out of it? Did you go to court? Pay it? Consult with and/or hire an attorney? Let us know what happened. To be eligible to win the prize, your story must include at least the following:

• In which state (or Washington DC) did this take place?
• In which town, city, county (or the closest major town, city, etc)?
• What specifically were you accused of (red light, speeding, etc)?

That's it. Limit one entry per person and make sure you're registered with a valid email address. If you participate, you acknowledge your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of our Official Sweepstakes Rules. We’ll be choosing one winner randomly from the entrants and contact them via email after the close of the contest.

Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility: The TicketHELP.com “My Traffic Ticket Story" Promotion (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of USW Management Inc. ("Sponsor") and its parent companies, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, manufacturers or distributors of Sweepstakes materials and the immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or others living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes are sponsored by USW Management Inc., 27 Union Square West, Suite 503, New York, NY 10003.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

4. How to Enter: To enter, you must be a registered member of the TicketHELP.com forum (http://www.tickethelp.com/forum) and follow the directions on the appropriate forum page in order to submit an entry. Incomplete entries are void. Only one (1) entry per qualified email address is permitted. Any additional submissions will be disqualified. The use of any agencies or automated software to submit entries will void all entries submitted by that person. All entries must be submitted after 12:00AM EST on December 1, 2009 and no later than 11:59PM EST on March 31, 2010. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries. The content of all entries becomes the sole property of Sponsor and all entries and entrants are subject to the TicketHELP.com forum Terms and Conditions of Use.

5. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected on or about noon April 15, 2010 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. All drawings will be conducted by USW Management Inc., whose decisions with regard to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final. Potential winners will be notified by email on or about May 1, 2010 and may be asked to provide their first and last names, age and mailing address. If a potential winner does not respond within the timeframe stated in the notification email, or said notification email is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Requirements of the Potential Winner: Except where prohibited, the potential winner(s) may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the "Affidavit/Release") within seven (7) days of being notified. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Prize: Two Hundred Dollars ($200) will be awarded to the winner. Winners should allow 45 days for delivery of prize. Prizes are non-transferable. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual winner. Winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with the receipt and use of the prize, except as specifically provided in these Official Rules.

8. General: In the event that the operation, security, fairness, proper play or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award a prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is acting in violation of these Official Rules or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor's representatives. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, the entry will be considered submitted by the authorized account holder of the screen name from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes, the winner releases Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their directors, officers and employees, from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or travel to or from any prize related activity, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

11. Publicity: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner's consent to Sponsor’s right to use his/her name, likeness, picture, portrait, voice, opinions, biographical information and state of residence for promotional, publicity or advertising purposes worldwide in any media and on the World Wide Web, in perpetuity, without further payment, consideration, review or consent, except where prohibited by law.

12. Sweepstakes Results: To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, specifying you would like the results for TicketHELP.com Sweepstakes end date January 31, 2010, to USW Management Inc., 27 Union Square West, Suite 503, New York, NY 10003. Requests must be received within 30 days of the Sweepstakes entry deadline.[/size][/size]
