Illinois has enacted tougher laws over the past several years cracking down on Illinois motorists. Under Illinois law an individual can only receive court supervision on two moving violation tickets in a 12-month period. If the individual is over 21 years old, three convictions received in a 12 month period will result in a suspended license. If you are under 21, only two convictions for moving violations in a 24-month period will result in a suspended license. I have significant experience in representing clients in all types of traffic violations, suspended licenses, and DUI.
