I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this law firm over a speeding ticket. I hired them for a ticket where I was just 11 mph over the limit while delivering food to homeless people in the Bronx. My case got postponed for three years due to COVID, and despite my detailed email explaining my situation, it felt like they didn’t even bother to read it.

The service was a joke. On the day of my court date, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, acting like they knew everything I needed to know. It was obvious they were just after my money and had zero interest in actually helping me. They already have pre-typed documents ready to send when you’re found guilty, making it clear they don’t care about your case.

Honestly, I should have just pled guilty, taken the points, and paid the fine myself. Save your time and money—this firm is not worth it if you want real support. Avoid them at all costs!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I just saw another review from a person named G, and the owner said it was false. Let me tell you G is right. The owner responded to him and said there is no scenario where the cop doesnt appear and you are found guilty. November 2023 the cop did not show up and this lawyer did not get my case dismissed they just postponed it and I was JUST found guilty. So obviously there is a scenario where that happens. They charged me 300 dollars to do what I could have done in person myself. I have had tickets at the same court and have had lawyers get a lesser sentence. You will pretty much pay 300 for someone to show up instead of you. They don't fight hard. You have to chase them down for an answer. I went to them because I missed my court date because I received the mail late. So I was found guilty I should have just paid it and moved on. It kept getting postponed. One time the cop didn't even show up, and a they couldn't even convince the judge to dismiss my ticket. I was able to find out I was guilty online before they even told me. I had to email them. It has been like this since the begin. So now I paid 300 dollar, and still have to pay my ticket with 6 points. Seriously save your money and show up to court. They will do nothing for you. If you still read this and use them don't forget I told you!!!

*** In response to his reply. He called and yelled at me so loud I had to hang up the phone. This lawyer is rude and unprofessional.

Working with these lawyers was a great experience. They saved me considerable time and effort by appearing for me twice on the same ticket. I had a question about my ticket and the senior partner was kind enough to call me himself and spend as much time as I needed on the phone answering my questions. I would not recommend using this firm AT ALL. I had ticket Where the officer did not show up for court three times in the span of two years. Instead of getting the case thrown out over a speeding violation that happened years ago or at the very least a reduction in points, I ate the fee for This law firm, the fee for the ticket and the points. Clearly, the lawyer who was supposed to go to court on my behalf either didn’t go or did a very poor job at fighting my case.

Got three bad tickets at once on a traffic stop plus another speeding and a wrong turn ticket from years before. Employed this lawfirm and paid upwards of $700. End of the day I only beat the wrong turn ticket which was the least of my charges. Getting found guilty of all these tickets prematurely ended my driving/courier career for now. Being told I can't be hired till 2025...Thanks Feifer and Greenburgh😄

edit: Well its official I lost ALL my serious cases with this lawfirm. I'm of the belief that paying a traffic lawyer is a waste of money. Might as well jus bend over from jump cus its a ironclad plan out here...

Perhaps one of the worst decisions I made was to go with this firm. Most of us believe the reviews that we see online, or maybe it's just me, but after my experience, it made me wonder who was writing these 5-star reviews. So, it's been a little over a year since I lost my case after going with this useless bunch, pissed off, I tore up all the papers because it was really a winning case and I lost because of this firm. I was at a red light in a rush hour traffic jam in Manhattan and the NYPD was doing 'special enforcement' at a traffic light, pulling everyone over for touching their cellphone. I was caught in that trap; mind you, the traffic wasn't moving at all, and they were giving everybody a citation for holding their cellphone in hand! I had a dash cam to prove my car wasn't moving and brought it to Feifer B's as evidence that I had a cellphone in my hands at a red light, meaning my vehicle wasn't moving when the cop walked on over to give me a citation. When I went to their office, I didn't meet with a lawyer but with the secretary who asked me for the citation. I wanted to tell her what happened, but she didn't want to hear it, and plus, she seemed to have a stack of citations on her desk. She said the lawyer would call me, but I insisted on talking to one before handing over the citation and signing the papers of representation. I waited for 5 minutes, and a "lawyer" came to "talk"; but did not want to sit because they where having a meeting. He just came out to tell me not to worry about it. I tried to explain to him how I got the ticket but he interrupted me and said the NYPD were giving out similar tickets to folks parked on the said of the streets and that I shouldn't worry too much about it. So I left trusting everything was going to be okay, and when the day of judgment came, the cop told the judge that I was at a traffic light with a cellphone in my hands. I was nervous because my lawyer wasn't around when I stood before the judge, and when I looked to my side, I saw a different lawyer rushing in to fight my case. Long story short, he didn't come prepared and didn't seem to have a complete understanding of my case, and so the judge asked me if I had anything to add. I looked at him and told him that I wasn't moving, but the judge decided to believe the cop. And at that instance, which was 1 year later, my SD card had failed to recover the data to show for evidence. I had the worst incompetent representation ever, period. That was 5 points on my license for no reason, don't believe everything you read!

so basically i retain them for a traffic ticket in nyc they delay it. for as long as possible. more than 4 years. and then when they can't delay it anymore in court, i get an email that they found me guilty. no explanation no nothing from them. with follow up email their answer basically amounts to "well it is what it is" total waste of money. i originally gave a one star review and i decided to change it because they were not dishonest. i'm sorry but i can't go with if you have nothing nice to say here. im disappointed with the service yes they are upfront and honest about chances to win and that there are no reductions in points also that their strategy is delay delay delay. i got it. but there was something that rubbed me the wrong way about how it concluded. i suppose the reason is that if i took it upon myself to continuously delay the process
i could have saved hundreds of dollars. and gotten the same result by default. so i suppose i have no one to blame but myself. everyone do yourselves a favor. it's not difficult to delay a traffic case. do it yourself and your points will expire in time depending on your state. you don't need a law firm to do this. that's my take on this whole experience. should have done it myself. this is as honest as i can be with a review. i'm not angry just another example of me paying people to do things i should do for myself

They couldn’t win my case ( mobil device), paid them $400 ( for nothing)now have to pay over $100 for my ticket & getting 5 points on my license. The Officer who issued my ticket in -2020- showed up to court and had them beat! Ticket from over 3 years ago, and they couldn’t win it? I would go with someone else and trust a firm that could get the job done. Stay away from this law firm , not recommend !!!

Never come back to this place! After 3 years received result their work $278 fee and points to the DL! But when called to them they said we had before cases like yours and all won! I was looking at having my license suspended for one year on a “failure to provide proof of insurance” charge from 2018. Although the insurance was in effect, the card in the glovebox had expired one week prior to being stopped by NYPD. After multiple traffic court delays, rescheduling, Covid closures, etc. i missed the last court date. Within an hour of visiting their website and describing my situation, i received a callback. Hiring Feifer & Greenberg was the best decision ever. The ticket was dismissed and a nightmare is finally over.

2 NYC tickets dismissed, 9 points total. No guarantees of course but if you are facing a lot of points a lawyer is a must. Your insurance premiums and NY state annual assessment can cost a lot more.
If you think you can fight tickets yourself in NYC good luck.
I decided to fight a ticket a few years ago. The judge completely ignored what I had to say. He suggestion to appeal his decision and then make an argument later. Who want to come back to downtown Manhattan and face the court again and risk being charged with court fees plus fine. Remember NYC traffic courts and not the suburbs they will not negotiate, lower your fine or a reduce your points prior to seeing the judge. Judge is there to say you're guilty unless you have undisputable physical evidence to disprove the cop.

Don't believe the reviews. The 4.5 -5 stars aren't reliable. If I could give zero stars I would. Fight the ticket yourself you will probably get better results from a sympathetic judge. I paid for professionals to speak on my behalf, as this was my first speeding ticket offence. I asked for a not guilty plea. I even offered to write a statement. I was told that this firm has 25 years of experience and nothing is guaranteed, but they do usually get some reduction. As a first time offender I was afraid of any negative outcome and hoped for the best towards my unscaved license. Well 11 months later I get a text with my guilty verdict and $270 fee. I immediately reached out to what I now found to be the "middleman" to inquire about the verdict and why I wasn't given any considerations. They were very rude and unprofessional in stating unquote, that their work was done with me and I would have to pay for further consultation towards fighting my ticket. Don't believe their HYPE. I paid them more than the speeding ticket fee to just show up apparently.

The worst lawyer i ever hired.i had 2 cases with feifer and greenberg and i paid over $500 for them to represent me. the first case had 3 tickets they dismissed one and i was found guilty in two. the second case had 2 tickets one got dismissed and one was found guilty i paid over $1000 in this tickets for no reason with this office when i asked them why i was found guilty in 3 tickets out of 5 their answer was like oh we are sorry but we are good only with tickets upstate ny like really ? So why the hell did you took my case back in 2018 this people they only take your hard earning money. All they do is to keep rescheduling tickets when u can do it yourself.don’t let this people take advantage of you i don’t recommend this office to any one look for a different lawyer or you will regret beleive me!!

I’m surprised to see 1 negative rating for this firm. I had them represent me on two occasions and I was found guilty. I called them to get more info on my case but in my surprise the person answering the phone was very rude and seems to have an attitude for no apparent reason. Do your research before having them to represent you, I know for sure I will never called them again.
