CLIENT REVIEWS

Kind regards,
Hijazi

The service was a joke. On the day of my court date, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, acting like they knew everything I needed to know. It was obvious they were just after my money and had zero interest in actually helping me. They already have pre-typed documents ready to send when you’re found guilty, making it clear they don’t care about your case.
Honestly, I should have just pled guilty, taken the points, and paid the fine myself. Save your time and money—this firm is not worth it if you want real support. Avoid them at all costs!

I first met Andrea in Whitestone / DMV during the late 80's & I could easily see that she made things happen for her clients & took her card.
Since I have retained her as my Go-To Traffic Attorney, I have beat the big tickets like this summons for allegedly using a cell phone.*
She hasn't beaten all of my traffic summons (sometimes I have been at fault) but she has helped big me win the big one's.
(Like a speeding ticket on Queens Boulevard that seemed unbeatable because of the speed limit restrictions on the infamous Boulevard...)
This week she helped me to win big at the right time like right before I negotiate my insurance policy premium without the 5pts to ruin things...
So yea, I am happy to share with those who will need a reliable Traffic Attorney who produces the desired results or reduced penalties.
Her whole team is comprised of successful professionals in their field. Minerva at the front desk has been my aunt for years. F & G rock!
Thank you Andrea & Feifer & Greenberg for your support & for keeping your promises to fight hard for your clients win or lose.

*** In response to his reply. He called and yelled at me so loud I had to hang up the phone. This lawyer is rude and unprofessional.

edit: Well its official I lost ALL my serious cases with this lawfirm. I'm of the belief that paying a traffic lawyer is a waste of money. Might as well jus bend over from jump cus its a ironclad plan out here...

i could have saved hundreds of dollars. and gotten the same result by default. so i suppose i have no one to blame but myself. everyone do yourselves a favor. it's not difficult to delay a traffic case. do it yourself and your points will expire in time depending on your state. you don't need a law firm to do this. that's my take on this whole experience. should have done it myself. this is as honest as i can be with a review. i'm not angry just another example of me paying people to do things i should do for myself

2 years later...
Just used them again and my issues were completely dismissed. There is a reason why they have 4.7 out of 5 stars on line.
Thanks again.

They never went one ticket they are just took the money
I don’t recommend them
Stay far from those people please
I give them 2 tickets they are never went for any 👎

If you think you can fight tickets yourself in NYC good luck.
I decided to fight a ticket a few years ago. The judge completely ignored what I had to say. He suggestion to appeal his decision and then make an argument later. Who want to come back to downtown Manhattan and face the court again and risk being charged with court fees plus fine. Remember NYC traffic courts and not the suburbs they will not negotiate, lower your fine or a reduce your points prior to seeing the judge. Judge is there to say you're guilty unless you have undisputable physical evidence to disprove the cop.

We have organized a statewide network of attorneys. In our network are both attorneys who work for Feifer & Greenberg and attorneys who work for other firms that regularly provide of-counsel representation to our clients. This statewide network allows us to match clients in a particular county or court with local attorneys who regularly appear on similar matters in the same county or court. It enables us to help clients anywhere in New York State and in our opinion provide particularly effective and affordable representation for our clients. Local attorneys can draw on their particular local experiences and, with travel time and expense removed from the equation, help us keep our legal fees low.
We recommend fighting almost all tickets. Even if the current NY traffic tickets aren’t particularly harmful, you have an incentive to keep your record clean for the future. Convictions quickly lead to surcharges, insurance increases and other complications. You should strongly consider any decision to pay a ticket without fighting.
Our lawyers are experienced, prepared attorneys who understand the nuances of fighting traffic tickets. Experience, preparation and good decision making help us to help our clients avoid points, surcharges, insurance increases and the other negatives that can easily result from a traffic ticket.
